Organizational Structure
Board of Directors
Hillcrest Transitional Housing of MidAmerica is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, comprised of an elected memeber from the individual affiliate Boards of Directors, which determines policies and procedures for the organization. All Board members have the responsibility of securing funding, approving affiliate budgets, authorizing capital expenditures, employing the Executive Director, transacting legal business, and promoting positive public relations with the surrounding communities. Members of the Boards of Directors are expected to attend bi-monthly meetings and special sessions to fulfill their obligations.
